    Leave me, or let me leave you

       Move on from me,

    Or let me move on from you

      For you know  well,

  Love stories when read satisfies better,

 But when played  sometimes sounds bitter.

    So switch off  the light of this bond

      And let's kill it before it kill us..

It's been many decades since I was in such a situation, but you've described it perfectly. Two people just waiting for the other one to make the move. It's so hard. You know it's got to be done, but it keeps stretching on & on becuz neither person can say it as straightforward as this. People end up fighting about dumb things when the truth is, it should be over! I like the way you do a play on words (better/bitter), here & there (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Very beautiful lines.....and most important thing in poetry is connection... actually I mean a poem should have the ability to get directly connected to the reader.... and this creation has that power....to get connected to the reader's heart....
