My Alter Ego.

My Alter Ego.

A Poem by Priyanka Natesh
"

To someone, somewhere.

"
From the corner 'o my eye
i see you swiftly flow,
i see you in my thoughts,
a gem incognito.

I know you exist,
then why this blurry facade?
you hate to see me low,
so let me know and not erode.

A flicker of hope,
a shimmering hush,
embedded in my heart,
you make me blush.

I look into hearts,
into a thousand soulless eyes,
and hope to find you quick,
to unveil your misty guise.

A faceless stranger,
a figment of my thoughts?
a part of another life time,
but as clear as forget-me-not's.

With forced patience,
i wait for your entrance,
to send me into ripples of joy,
and eternities of togetherness.

When the time comes,
we will have nothing to know,
you'll let me sag in your arms,
with the sheer pleasure we've ever known.

Until that day of sanctity,
i'll trace your face in the stars we love,
hoping you'll peek from the future just once,
and whisper a promise so i love you more..

As bleak as it seems, the anticipation juxtaposed to blithe is incomparable! Without sounding too filmy Pronkie...somewhere someeone's made for us.
Love,
Your best friend in the world :D,

Really good! The picture caught my eye at first, and the poem is great--rhyming poems are my favorite!

A very good story and I like the desire and hope for something good to happen. The words were written with a gentle pen of hope. I like the ending to the excellent poem. Thank you.
