I look across the fields
Freshly planted with seed
A reminder
Of our plentiful life
A reminder
Of a land so free

 

Farmers are such optimists
They plant
They hope
They pray
A field of dreams
Sown for all
In a land where
Hearts forever stay

 

Only in America
At times might sound cliché
Still I thank
This land I love
As dreams
