The Lusitania

The Lusitania

A Poem by Evan Winslow

I am the Lusitania,
the beginning of the end,
brazen model citizen with a deadly secret,
an impure interjection into an impure world,
death wish from the start.
Vacant seas brush,
my pieces ashore.
