Today Dawns Anew....

This day,

comes with misty rain,

the gray hues can not overshadow me..

Not today.

I float above the waste lands,

where yesterday had taken its toll...

Today,

a new day dawns,

I can reach the sun,

beyond the blanket of clouds,

as I lift my face,

showered by tiny drips of blessings,

as Heaven cries the tears,

the tears....

That I shall not shed today.
