How Love died.

this isnt written by me, by friend messaged me this. it touched me, so i decided to share with everyone.

Once there was an island where all the feelings lived together.

One day, there was a storm in the sea and the island was about to drown.

The feelings got scared, but Love made a boat. Every feeling borrowed a boat. But, one feeling was left.

Love got down to, see who it was. It was “Ego”.

Love tried and tried but Ego didn’t move.

Everyone told Love to leave Ego and come inside the boat.

But Love was meant to LOVE… it remained with Ego.

All the feelings were left alive,

But Love died… because of EGO.

So always keep EGO miles away from your LOVE. Else, it will take your LOVE miles away from YOU.

This is beautiful. Ego is very much a part of us as is love. But trying to make both of them go together would be like trying to force the like poles of two magnets together.

I loved this line-But Love died… because of EGO...
Ego is bad but an inevitable part of who we are... Its feeling of love towards us and no one else... No matter we are betrayed by people around us but ego never betrays us... But still Love n Ego i suppose are not the best of pals...
