A Sons Silent Cry

A Sons Silent Cry

A Poem by Belinda Arcelay

My little brave boy who put up a brave face so his mother would not cry and his Father would not worry, that his birthday was not complete. It's not about the gifts but just a hello would have been nice from the one person he still loves. Even with his best friend here to be by his side on his b-day I could see my son be brave. Happy with the phone calls from family expect one could have made his the day complete. I and my Sage tried our best to make his day a happy one. Our son knows we did our best but that one call would have been nice to just make his day complete.
