She stays up all night
and cries herself to sleep.

There's a girl

She has emotional problems
and has to wear long sleeves.

There's a girl
known as me.
She hurts so bad inside
and as a result has to cover up her wrists.

There's a girl
known as me.
People think she's happy.
She's fooled people with her lies.

There's a girl
known as me.
She can never look people in the eye
because she's too ashamed.

There's a girl
known as me.
She attempts to
end her life everyday.

There's a girl
known as me.
She can help everyone
except for herself.

There's a girl

She hides behind a smile
that has always been fake.

There's a girl
known as me.
She can't take control of
what used to be her perfect life.

There's a girl

She cuts herself, she's depressed.
That girl is me and no one knows.
