Cutting Vs. Writing

What that title says. It was inspired by another person's poem.

When you cut,

it's like writing what your words can't explain.

Like writing,

it's just one more of the many ways

of dealing with secret pain.

It is so much like writing

except for it's with a blade or a knife.

The red lines are little reminders

of how much you hate your life.

It's like writing except for

it's not in ink

it's in beautiful red blood.

Sometimes you don't even

have time to think.

It's exactly like writing

because it's another way

to express your thoughts.

And no matter what

it's still pain you go through

and it's still pain you went through

no matter how you deal with it.

Cutting is exactly like writing.

Wow. I loved this it was so deep. Writing and cutting are exactly the same, no matter which way you look at it. You still are getting emotion. I personally have been told by people to keep writing so i don't need to resort to cutting to get my pain out. Well anyways this was very good
