I wish that I could find words

To describe how I feel about you

Sometimes you make me cry

Sometimes you make me laugh

And whenever I see you

I feel this pang inside my chest

It doesn't hurt

I just feel it.

My true  feelings for you, for me

But I'm scared that I have no words

And i'm scared that you'll react

In the wrong way

You might make it embarassing

Or turn me down

Or not care

 

I wish that you could tell me

If you felt the same way too

See, you could hate me

Or you could love me

Either way I want to know

i don't want to be the first

To speak

Or to be honest

 

I wish that I didn't feel for you

Because it's complicated

Sometimes I feel confused

Sometimes I feel afraid

I generally feel stuck

But I want to see you
