A Poem by Kaitlin Siobhan

We took those daring first steps

When neither of us knew how to dance

Bodies trembling

Hearts pounding

We started something beautiful

We started over that night

Something different

Something new

You reached for me

I reached for you

Our fingers entwined for the first time

The others basically summed up what I wanted to say. Sweet/simple poem, so very loving. Touching piece, keep writing :)

This was a very sweet, loving poem. Made me imagine it as the renewal of love that was never lost.

Very nice. This is a sweet, almost serene, poem.

Awww this is so sweet. It flows wonderfully. The last line is most deffinatly my favorite.
"Our fingers entwined for the first time"
It rhymes within itself! :)
