Be Still

Be Still

A Poem by Precious

Be still my soul,
your time will soon come.
Be still my heart,
the earthquakes will stop tearing you apart.
Be still my mind
Anger isn't worth a dime.

Be still my soul,
your body's growing old
with age comes wisdom
and soon you'll be set free

Be still my heart,
you cannot fall apart.
no matter what you do or say
people will talk anyway.

So be still my soul
and humble thyself
Be still my heart
you can always have a fresh start.

The battle isn't over,
not while I can breath
Be still and let me lead.
