Who is she

"Hey honey, please check if no luggage is left in the van " said my wife Tanya while entering to our new home in Delhi. We had just shifted from our home kolkata to this place as i was promted to the manager's post in state bank of india . Today we were shifting in a flat in the second floor. Me and Tanya are married since two years and yes it was arranged by our parents.
Soon we were done with the shiftings. Tanya cleaned up the mess and then we took some rest. Now this was going to be our small world for the years to come . it was a good place and i really like this kind of peacefull environment . . . in the evening we went to a nearby lake and spent some time there . Tanya took my hand and holding it firmly asked me
"Hey dear, we know our marriage was arranged. . . i know you must had some expectations about your future wife and then i came into your life. . . how much i stand up to your expectations ? "
" you know dear if a girl is in love you can see it in her smile and if a boy is in love you can see it in his eyes. . . i didnt knew who was going to come in my life . . . but i had promised myself to give that girl all the happiness she deserved and yes you really deserve . . " i said . . .
She gave a smile and hugged me. .
Today whatever i am . . . . i owe my succes to her . . . she was always there to support in my bAd times. . i have a huge respect and love for her . .
Few months passed and we got used to this new place . . . i worked the whole day in office and Tanya cooked tasty food for me. We never missed our evening walk to the lake . . . that was the best place where we forgot all the tiredness and shared our beautifull feelings.
One day while having dinner there was a special item "gajar ka halwa" for me. . .
"Hey baby, how did you know??? this is my favourite . . . thanx a lot dear" i said happily
But tanya just stood for a while and stared at me " you never said me that its your favourite and i have not prepared this . . . we have got a new neighbour last week . . she is very friendly so gave us to taste it"
" sorry dear, actually i am already happy with whatever you cook for me . . . i dont want you to take extra effort in making me happy . " i said
She smiled and said " ok ok . . . now first finish your dinner . . . than we will discuss on this "
I took the first bite and my eyes closed . . . i knew this taste . . . .i had tasted it before also . . suddenly a girls face came in front of my eyes and i closed my eyes more firmly . . my face filled with terror . . . it cant be possible . . . . how can she come back to my life . . . my mind Started giving flashbacks of my college, my friends and the love of my life INDU
"Hey are u alright, what happened " tanya came running to me in fear . .
" i am just not feeling well . . . i wanna some rest " i rushed to my room and buried my face in the pillow. . .

I'm pretty sure I've read & reviewed this already, but maybe you re-posted it in book format, so that's why I'm not seeing my review here anymore. Well, let it suffice to say that (as a very independent US citizen) I am interested in knowing how life is for people with the very different custom of arranged marriage. Here you've made it sound like a pretty good match between two caring people who really want to make it work out. But then the ending brings us to trouble in paradise (perhaps) . . . this is intriguing & beckons the reader to read on.

Tragic ending. I was happy reading the first paragraphs and then in the end everything changed which bought a sense of reality.
You have mentioned Tanya as her name and mentioned her as Tina that's a bit confusing please edit her name.
