Women and her go throughs in mundane life

Does everyone here in this world really want women to be treated well and given equal chances? Do they really want this or for sake of society people act? Most of the people are really not interested in giving an equal space for women. The hindrance starts within the family not just because of intrusion of others and society. Yes, it seems to be preposterous!! Though women gnaw themselves to be out of this social demeanour it is of vain. How many organisations are headed by women CEO? Definitely just a countable one it is.  Even family demurs for sending women out for a job .These are common and prevalent in most of the places. Right from her birth to adolescent age till death hugs her there is pang of freedom in her life. A few are blessed with exceptional family, not many.

Precise view before and after marriage:

As a girl, she is always been fettered by restrictions by her family. Her social activities are circumscribed by parents. This starts from her schooling continues till graduation. At some point, she becomes diffident to confront the society.  She lacks clarity and perspicuity in facing the real world alone, because of all confinements imposed on her early life. She flounders helplessly to façade herself in society. In the mid of search of her identity and career, next comes marriage another stage of her life. Whatever it is all girls has to go through this phase it is an unwritten rule by bigotry society!!!!  It can be in either way love or arranged marriage that is a different one; ultimately girls are going to be trapped by this emotional and sentimental dramatic stage.

Married women are prey for most of the men. A married housewife is always cannon fodder for their husband and in-laws.  Prioritization in their life has to be changed, view, desires, aspirations and has to be indefatigable- working round the clock for their family.  These women really dangle around their family with their shrouded veracity. This adds on till she counters death. How many men really bothered to ask your lady love about her wellness after marriage?  Things seem to be sweeter for short in long run life becomes despicable. A Proclivity to love vanishes between two. To the extreme marriage fizzles for some. Still, many continue to strive for the sake of society!! Working matron are most vulnerable than damsels. She has to handle her family and office work together. The tactics to switch on between these two is really a draconian task. In work place, hazing of women employees is common. Pugnacious boss, cohort of colleagues, enigmatic management always torments on downside of employees and business, she has to get accustomed to such an environment. The murky side of management is that sexual harassment on women employees .It is an incredulous one for outsiders. They are threatened about their career growth and job security if they express unwillingness towards their desires.  Financial constraints and passion for work shuns most of the ladies in exposing the truth. They can’t enunciate these happenings to their family. Women masquerade as a lady leading ecstatic life in society.  The stark truth is the identity of finding themselves is lost.  In each and every stage of her life she is not leading a life that she wishes to have. It is always the one the other wants her to be!!

Society, family and opposite gender kindly treat women whomsoever you come through in each stage of your life with dignity and respect. Let us not try to pass the buck by blaming others, let the initiative to treat her with humanity begin with us.
