Sinking abode ~A Poem by Pragati ChaudharyLusted and left!A hanging roof of a black house Sealed with thorns and wild bushes hanging mid air by steel lashes which are rusted but still appear like forever that’s how I am designed; like that black house sealed in your longing desires unable to move, unable to bear Alone but still faithful lost but still found; barren but still growing motionless but still moving You groaned past me covered me in your breaths you slid away those clothes that covered my waist you left the desires unleashed and hollow that’s what you did to me after nudging me & loving leaving me with blue scars, making me feel convincing! Bare shouldered, hopping around you left me alone in this dark shroud to find you, Oh! My lost crown I am still waiting for that dawn and hoping you would come again Sometimes, You remind me of my uneven fate That’s about to drown in pain! © 2017 Pragati ChaudharyAuthor's Note
