Thank you for leaving me
because your silence had broken me into pieces, already
It’s today I am something new
Originated and fresh like very few

I am like a lash of burning steel in thick & thin
I am the voice of that girl shouting with a fine grin
Swirling around the road in heavy rain
Breathing air - now!

 

You left me alone, surviving, relenting & crying
Oh! I forgot
that’s your change of Lifestyle!
You can run away saying this S**t
but I’ll not take it anymore

not your glass of whiskey
I am that taste of Vapourtini
which would unleash your insides
Never heard the name?
Oh! I am so sorry
it’s designed to turn people like you
blindly wild!

Vapourtini?? ah... quite a "venom" u stir, huh. again, i like the honest of ur work here... tormented, spontaneous, & full of some shaded turmoils of life. when someone leaves ur hand, and walks on by ur life, it's very hard even to get over those feelings u have for someone u love the most in life. it really takes allot years' to overcome these memorandum of scars, but still nothing seems to change, however, with anew age of love, u also get changed... ur thoughts, and feelings.. and "Attitude" also get adapted by nature... which further help u embrace this "Gratitude" that "love" teaches u with time. quite a lovely yet so heartfelt poetry it is. had a great time with it. the contemplation of memories have u well restored in these words. interesting! nicely plotted.

Its a beautifully written strong piece. I could relate to the girl while reading it. Its wonderful how someone can impact life so much after that person is gone. For me it opens a whole new horizon which otherwise would have been unexplored.
