What are these words

What are these words

A Poem by Leviathus Fortes

I think I'll add some words
Just to see what might come out
Make it all up as I go
Find a meaning, if there is

Eagerly to be writing
Flying, oh, so free
More words to add, let's do it
How much further can this go

Pleasantries abounded
Swelling mind has found release
I suggest myself continue
I'll get to where I need to be

Parallels I see I'm drawing
But I ignore them anyway
I search to find a moment
Where there is silence that surrounds

But alas, it's still the same thing
All the sights, the smells, the sounds
Returning to reality
No more left to pen

Made up all on the fly
Now's the time to read it back
Not to delete, nor shall I edit
What are these words I have placed down

This is perhaps the truest words penned. When we write from a well deep inside ourselves and refuse to be distracted by our surroundings. This is inspirational as it is genuine and unedited.
