fall apart.

fall apart.

A Poem by Savanna Lee

When my organs start
to liquefy,
as my brain
explodes,
shimmering, dancing
along this
six-wall cell

When the world blurs,
stairs coming up faster
than expected

When nonsensical prose
splattered notebook paper
tangling into confused
spider webs
like the cracks of
a windshield

When fear envelopes me,
yet no one seems
to understand

When knowing isn't enough,
I fall
a
