DesperationA Poem by PolaroidRaidThe inevitable subversive lurks behind my subconscious mind waiting to attack. Silently screaming, it stalks the life of its own. I desperately attempt to escape but left abandoned with no promise. It holds my future, my morn. Its everlasting light protrudes my moral ability. Lacking the truth, its remnants remain seemingly unattached. Deceptively prudent, it screams into my being, unaware of the forsaken truth awaiting my instability. Unknown, it is I who is the cause of such doubt, such anger, such regret. The forgotten dignity in which once remained has truly decimated at last. My day is yet to come. © 2012 PolaroidRaidAuthor's Note
