An Old-timer’s Reflections

An Old-timer’s Reflections

A Poem by PolarPaddy
"

At that time of life when a person performs serious introspecting.

"

A senior in their seventh decade are prone to introspect.

Pondering their life’s efforts and in return get no respect?

This time came suddenly, well so it appears,

Take this moment now to take a good look ahead.

Be content in achieving this milestone so grand,

And then enjoy a great living before you are dead.

Such are preambles happening inside an old-timer’s head.
