Two kids from the Hoenn region go out to search for their missing father after his Pokemon were stolen coming back from the Pokemon leage, the new Champion Steven Stone taking his place as the Hoenn region Champion.
Steven hears about it as well, but is forced to stay at the Pokemon leauge, unable to do anything about it.
