Releasing the good side of the human spirit can reap that of many rewards.

The kindness one shows can envelope a whole crowd.

Often granting serenity and peace.

 

If you think about it...

Who is to say?

 

Perhaps that one person you are nice to,

can be your salvation in the end?

 

Who can save you from being alone and desolate.

Or make you understand something,

you may not have even came to think about,

had you not seen that once so kind face.

 

Some may overlook this,

but just stop and think.

 

Maybe that one person,

who granted you that innocence,

is behind that heavily guarded glass.

 

A once in a lifetime smile,

could turn out to be the one person who is in need of saving.

 

They may be showing a positive light on the outside,

but on the inside are screaming for some type of release.

 

A friend.

Maybe even some guidance of some sort.

 

Embrace people who are in need of embracing.

Comfort those who are in need of comfort.

Smile for those who are in need of a smile,

Even if you don't think they may need it.

 

Humanity's heart is that of a deep ocean.

A little act such as a smile can go a long way.

Maybe changing a person's outlook on life.
