Winter

Winter

A Poem by PoetryPenPal
"

This the season to be jolly! I write this poem about the first snowfall. Enjoy!

"

A gigantic blanket of frozen water

Sparkling like diamonds bright

Your breath curls from your mouth

And stings with every sharp inhale

You stare In wonder

  At a wonderland

A shimmering light

A vacant space

Shines bright

And sings a song

Of awe and beauty

Angles dance dressed in white

And fly in flurries to hit the ground

And sit

And weep

Under the shining sun
