why would I do that when DETROIT Don't even

the top of list of Murder Capital. They Laughed & Shake
their head in disgust when we mention that Kwame
Kilpatrick is our Mayor... Even Nelson Mandela went
to jail! But they wonder why the America Flag will
never change It's colors to Marcus Garvey Tradition
of Red.Black.Green! They wonder why Black's will never
get there 40 acres and there mule.. Because we forget
how our boats were coming over from being enslaved for
all those years! We speak like we highly materialize then
highly intelligence..

Walking around like your s**t don't stank
holding your head to symbolize to the Black
community that you better than your own people...
Letting the opposing race know that we can't
get a lone because of simple pair of shoes
or glasses... Why we can't get a lone because
he or she look or spoke to you wrong... Forgetting
that they may have wasted your time, But no one
should never take your pride! So stand an anoint
truth when you see it because it very rarely that

I wish I had your guts! You are a pundit writer with a message and a mission!
Some people will not get it and may call you a bragger, but why do we always hide our talents instead of listing them? I just loved it! I am a talent of words. I am a art of poetry... Yes you are and there is nothing wrong with stating that. Some will call you a bragger... Just let them! Nothing wrong with stating your talents as long as you live up to them the way you do!
You certainly have my vote for pundit poetry, letting me into your world so that I *white as a sheet, but black inside* can relate to that world.
I found your poem to be highly informative: I did not know that Detroit had a black mayor called Kwame Kilpatrick. That is no laughing matter to me, those who are laughing now: the last laugh will be on you!
I live in a small country called Belgium. We have black city councillors in some of our cities, we have a black secretary of state in the regional government of Brussels. Our most famous black politician is called Wouter Van Bellinghen, he is a city councillor in the city of Sint - Niklaas. He is doing a good job and well loved by most people living there, only some **** (I do not have words for) refused to be married by the man! That made him even more popular BTW... Last year he conducted a mass marriage ceremony on the market square for anyone wishing to renew their vows...
I also noticed you mentioning Marcus Garvey which is Irie to me! Red, Black, Green or Red, Yellow, Green ;)
