Bringing Back the Past

 

Why must people re-open closed doors? Doors that have been closed and sealed for years. They tear them down so easily as if it is nothing but a mere routine. The tears have dried up and the pain has vanished after so many years. Now they bring the tears and pain back because their curious minds want answers. When will they understand that what was over and done with can be no more? The past can not be the present for it is miles away. Why must they bring the suffering back when everything was calm and sleep was peaceful? Why must people be so cruel and cold hearted? Why can't they listen to their inner voice? Why can't they listen to their heart? What was gone before will be gone forever. Nobody can bring the past back into the future no matter how hard they tried. Why must they try to rekindle the hope that has, through time, faded away? The hope has been defeated by the truth and proven useless with the passing of time. How many errors must occur for them to realize that they are wrong? How many hearts must break before they realize that they must leave the past alone? What has to happen for them to understand that nothing good can come out of searching for invisible answers? The chapter has finally been closed and the weary finally had a chance to rest. However, the ignorant individuals had to spark the fire. They had to create turmoil that is even worse than ever before. Some say just ignore them for they are wronged. How can they be ignored when they bring remembrance of the horrible past? How can our eyes not see what they do? They will create the pain and suffering that has died down years ago. They will cause confusion, anger, pain, and suffering to those who have moved on. The time will come for those who have moved on to find peace once again. For those who have been wronged will eventually see their cruel mistakes.
