Song of Sweetness

Song of Sweetness

A Poem by Sunburn

You know, when the blue butterflies roam
Outside my tiny wooden broken window,
My mind thinks of you, and in their coloured wings
I find the glimpses of your smiling memories
Embedded with a familiar softness of your voice
Their flight reminds me of your pure innocence
And in that moment, my soul can touch and feel
The presence of your loving spirit, crafted in sweetness.

Romantic, hints at tragedy perhaps in love, maybe in life as well.

Many thank yous... I'm glad my little poetry could relate with your life...
So sweet, every memory compared to the gentle butterfly and it's wings. This is purely soft and gentle memories, love it!
