Jacuzzi Moment

Jacuzzi Moment

A Poem by Butch Decatoria

i touch you

...your skin's a satin search

without meaning, we pick at each other's mouth

like loons in the wild

grip and grab

jeans burning between us

tongues like parasites

leach-lessons

how the lonely groan

...denial can be cruel...

i touch you

...having had not

in so so long

and i allow the cruel cravings

to clothe me

the wine to lull me

...but friends, in their jacuzzi moments,

cool off

control the frantic fish hooks

respect our limned decision

just the lonely manifesting

repressed appetite and fantasy

tomorrow, i will call you (prim & proper)

once again, just a friend

i have touched

wanting more,

but the bubbles subside

and the moment ends

...denial is a wicked smile between friends...
