I'm A Fan (without the tic) ... for Trebor Healey

A Poem by Butch Decatoria
"

Sweet Son of Pan a book of erotic gay poetry by Trebor Healey inspired this piece.

"

i am a fan (without the tic)...

as your seagull words, beach-breezy in it's flight

and like nails upon the back during climatic breaths

reflect every boyhood wish i have

or had -- when i felt young enough to try...

i was always the quiet one, deep thoughts

right handy with my curiosities

rather than foot soldier to perforced wars

of face to johnsons' glories

tho' craved to fall into those holes...

read in between your words like new respite,

to see and feel your own life,

facinated by it's rife displays and metaphoric musings,

made me believe you

a creature of habit and mischiefs

you are the open ocean's savage relief in

an avenue full unwanton pains and old-world beliefs

i am captured in your sunkist moments

the magnificents of each man in your stories

and wonderful Pan with flute and dance in his adventures

is the song of which you are made
wonderful mentor...

i am a fan...
