Love is BarefootedA Poem by Butch DecatoriaLove be not a tragic theatre with Romeo reflections of macho madness and Juliet lost to naieve noises virginity's vamping veiled in youth ignorant / ending as quick as quiet poisons star-crossed rationale undeveloped / love
Love be not a fickle force or slackened hand, boredom-heavy scratching just it's surface green facade of a golden treasure guilded and statuesque underneathe one must chip away the jagged surface mossy musings / misbelieving love be not but is / and can be deceiving...
but love / love is barefooted cool in the tickling grass casual comforts - never greedy satisfied with this simplicity barefoot even burning in the sun-spiked sand cut by glass, dirtied, even so as it goes deeper ahhh relaxation is found cool again like waterfalls where once began hot / love
love be not but barefoot and cool unforced, forever lasting like gold ...
it's worth treasured (by fools).... lint between the toes love be not but love is...
