Into The SunA Poem by Jack CassidyNo certain interpretation...
Fields lay burned,
under harshest rays. Flowers stilled, within Mother's gaze. Kept breathless, and dried to the bone. Awakened, forget it was shown. Loving child, you sing in your sleep. With your heart, for each word is deep. Born from stars, the first soul to arrive. Learned unharmed, as it dwells inside. Will we flee, taken into the sun? Or shall it melt the pair to one?
