April's Fool

April's Fool

A Poem by Tidapoetic
"

This poem is old but it was fun to write. My mind was just wandering then I started to write. Hope you enjoy.

"

Family, friends, strangers please tell April that your not a fool.

Cause I don't want to see you be fooled.

I'm not pulling a prank on you.

See I may look a mess.

But believe me i'm happy, favored, and blessed.

I may have my moments when I feel depressed.

But because I serve the best.

My faith sweeps my problems away.

Devil you try to attack me everyday.

But go to your sandbox if you wanna play.

Cause I don't have time for your pointless games and tricks.

Your like the dirt under my finger that I just flicked.

See my God is soooo good.

These words that i'm saying cannot be misunderstood.

It's crazy cause you still try.

Satan I declare that you are a LIE.

And this is no joke.

Not just for a day in a month but this time your the fool.

I like this, serious but not solemn. Often times hard to do.
