If the sky is white but the earth is dark,

In the mind there will be a question mark?

How come there is darkness when there is light?

Although it is day, it seems like night.

Although God has lit His world,

Darkness in man's life has unfurled,

This is because the way he thinks,

He sees darkness when he thinks he sinks.

He misses to see the light around,

He prefers a life which is agony bound.

To see light one needs to open his eyes,

And man can see light when he is wise.

The wise man knows that light is always there,

Light he sees through his prayer.

His unflinching faith makes him strong,

Darkness comes when man thinks wrong.
