In my Every Breath

 

Cradled in such care,

I know You’re there.

A quiet, soft lull

Is ever my cure.

When I am sad,

You make me glad

With Your love true.

There’s none like You.

Beyond grateful am I

For love on high.

 

You are always here,

As You are ever near.

How I need You

More than I knew.

Let my breath call--

Call through it all.

Let my worship be

Befitting of the King.

My life ever before

The One I adore.

 

Your Name ever high--

Ever in my sights.

Thanks to the Son,

The battle’s been won!

Ever in Your grace,

I seek Your face.

Let Your praise be

Ever in my speech.

Giving you my best

In my every breath.
