YHWH, My Conquering King

 

In the care of You

Is my heart, is my soul.

I’m nestled in You

Because Your Holy Spirit I bestow.

 

How could I ever

Be grateful enough for such an amazing gift.

Communion with my best friend,

The love You give.

 

Living in me,

YHWH, my conquering King.

To my mind, Your Word

The Holy Spirit brings.

 

Jesus in all,

Delivering me from ev’ry fear.

I cry out

And You hear!

When I have no words,

My very sigh cries out Your Name…

YHWH is my natural cry

When I am in pain.

A whisper

In the darkest of nights.

You flood my soul

With Your light.

 

Because of You,

My very heart joyously sings.

You are my deepest need,

YHWH, my Conquering King!
