Simply Be

 

Be the rose

Along someone’s path.

An aroma sweet,

In which to bask.

 

Be the sun

In someone’s cloud.

A light to shine

And not burn out.

 

Be the moon

To light someone’s night.

Loving them through

The bad times.

 

Be the hope

In someone’s shattered heart.

Filling with goodness

Until they find their start

 

Be the faith

In someone's view

Until they find

That God is true.

 

Simply be.
