A Lump of ClayA Poem by Melinda McQueenA Lump of Clay
Melt me, Mold me. Shape me, Fill me.
Let me hear from You, Tell me of Your heart true. Melt me down Until more of You is found.
Melt me, Mold me. Shape me, Fill me.
I’m clay in the Potter’s hand, Needing His sovereign touch each day. Mold me, I’m at Your will, My heart is still.
Melt me, Mold me. Shape me, Fill me.
I’m a lump of clay, create in me Something new and true in Your glory. Shape me in a way That points to Your grace.
Melt me, Mold me. Shape me, Fill me.
O Holy Spirit, How grateful am I to hear it. Fill me until love runs out And all see what You’re about!
Melt me, Mold me. Shape me, Fill
me. Melinda
