Wind at My BackA Poem by Melinda McQueenWind at My Back
Wind at my back, Moving me along, What ever shall I lack?
Sailing through the dark black To get to where I belong. Wind at my back.
Though here my body slacks, Someday the Lord I will behold. What ever shall I lack?
My Second Act The Savior will bestow. Wind at my back.
The Healer will come at last, And will undo ev’ry wrong. What ever shall I lack?
Holy Spirit, keep me on track, I can’t do this on my own. Wind at my back, What ever shall I lack?
