Eternity's Embrace

Eternity’s Embrace

There it waits patiently,

Its arms are ever open.

Calling from its depths,

It beats from within.

 

The destination longed-for,

Is there by grace.

Breathing love of the Father, 

Eternity’s Embrace.

 

Ever alive, never to tarnish,

Thriving seamlessly.

Its light shines immaculate

In abundance of peace.

 

With arms opened wide,

Forever in its place.

Prepared and ready,

Eternity’s embrace.

                              

It’s there… over that holy hillside,

A welcoming refrain   

Of angels ushering souls into God’s Presence,

Eternity’s embrace.
