Love's Place

Love's Place

A Poem by Melinda McQueen

Love’s Place

(Somonka)

Take me as I am.

Fall in love with me again.

Let’s shut out the world,

Until our love rushes in.

Taking our own tender time

Exploring the love which rhymes

I’m ready, too, Love.

Let’s go away together

Right here, where we are.

For when we’re together,

All else seems to dissipate.

The rest of the world can wait.

The above lines. All of need. The reminders of love are needed. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
