Right in Christ

 

A power within,

A gift of the uttermost.

A relationship without end,

Filled with the Holy Ghost.

 

For though I have sinned,

He has washed me from the inside.

He has turned my life around

And made me right in Christ.

 

Right in His grace.

Right in His sight.

Right in His Name.

Right in His might.

 

No longer my sin does He see,

But my Savior’s sacrifice.

Buried are my sins and doubts,

Ever made right in Christ.

 

I trust and believe

He who has started a good work in me,

Will see me through

Until His face I see.

 

Even when I had no right,

He filled me with His glorious light.

My sins washed white,

And made right in Christ.
