![]() A Flower GrowsA Poem by Melinda McQueenA Flower Grows
A flower blooms When watered. Growing in sunlight, Glorifying the Father.
A season of rain Overshadows its skies. Still seeking gain, A flower grows.
Never giving up, Though its surroundings are bleak. Staying true to its purpose, It continued to simply be.
There for a reason through it all, It strives to bless. Sharing hope while standing tall. A flower grows.
The light shines on, Even though the rain pours. Then a rainbow comes along, Bringing hope to a lone flower.
When life is tough, And you know not what to do… Remember that when God plows an empty cup… A flower
grows.
