Angels in Disguise

Angels in Disguise

A Poem by Melinda McQueen

Angels in Disguise

A warm breeze

On an otherwise still day.

The orange hue left in the sky

After the sun’s stay.

A surge of strength

During times of uncertainty.

With a glimmer of hope,

Angels in disguise visit you and me.

Coming when needed most,

Sometimes they show up in ordinary vessels.

Filling hearts with love

Beyond all measure.

A smile breaking through

In full force.

A steady hand…

Angels in disguise help stay the course.

A gentle touch

When feeling unworthy.

A warm embrace

When love you need.

A spark of happiness,

A twinkling light in the darkest night.

Shedding forth…

Angels in disguise.

Oh how beautiful those angels sent to guide and share and comfort- not always easy being a part of the angelic kingdom but God knows who when and what we need- angels of light, love, protection, guidance- oh beautiful faithful angels- so grateful for them all- may they guide and protect you always🌹
