The Giant in MeA Poem by Melinda McQueenThe Giant in Me
Sometimes I feel feeble and weak, Nothing I do seems to reach fruition. I’m fragile and lowly By my own omission.
But when I look to the Rock, He sets me free. For
the Lord is my God-- The Giant in me.
My refuge in every storm Dwells in this very heart. How could I ever be in harm When He is there even in times dark?
Though the mountains are high And vast is the sea, My hope
sails and my faith climbs-- The Giant in me.
A tiny pebble can take down Any big, looming problem Wherever God is found. Simply trust in Him.
Mighty is His Name, I now live in His strength. For I
know Jesus who saves-- He is the Giant in me. © 2017 Melinda McQueenReviews
