Stay the Course

 

In the storm, in the rain,

On the Lord, your cares lay.

The shelter which supplies

A place to reside.

 

Rolling through waters deep,

Let the One who has conquered be your keep.

For He is the force

Which helps you stay the course.

Though the waves roar,

Let your spirit soar.

For nothing can stop you from God’s love

Who fills your cup.

 

Sink or swim,

Keep your eyes upon Him.

The One who walked on water

Will never falter.

 

When life becomes too much,

Let your heart be touched.

Close your eyes and feel your worth

And stay the course.
