Day Comes With Prayer

 

As a bird flies high,

And the sun fills the sky…

The saving grace comes by prayer

To start a new day in God’s care.

 

A hope comes anew,

A beginning true.

A future in the making,

A day for the taking.

 

A bowed head

As a spirit is led.

Knowing He is there,

Day comes with prayer.

 

Faith to succeed,

A heart to believe.

Folded hands,

Bent knees make a stronger stand.

 

Rejoice in His grace,

For He will make a way.

So, open your eyes and find Him there…

Day comes with prayer.
