Melinda, Normalcy is overrated, and I believe that each individual has something in their makeup to cause them to think they are not normal either. I know your physical limitations must be frustrating, a feeling of confinement, but your inner self is so delightfully normal! That, along with your strong faith, shouts "NORMAL" from the rooftops. A very poignant write, very nice. take care...dan
When I was ill with seizures for 10 years, going from state to state hospitals, doctors trying to find out what was wrong with me. God took me into His hands and plans. Brought me to Him, saved me and healed my body. He knows what He is doing when He forms us to His will. God be with you. Valentine

I, was being perfected at the end of the day and I was at the end of God's Line for that particular day and Father God had more important things to do that day than attend to shutting down the line for the day. You can imagine what might have happened ,if everything did not close down just right! Yepper, that's me. It happened in May, 1950. Mark that down; might en' not ever happen again for another hundred years.

You led the reader to great wisdom in the end.
"So, in Him I live,
and I will forever be cherished,
for the Holy Spirit He gives
reminds me that I am being perfectly perfected as He is."
The above lines are true. Thank you Melinda for sharing the outstanding poetry.

My pleasure to read your work and you are welcome.
The hardship is there Melinda and I believe we all have some sort of hardship, although some more than others. I especially enjoyed the last two stanzas because this shows your strength and love even with the hardship you live with daily. Your words express so much to us here on WC. And the last line you wrote is so true, through him we are all perfect.
Really well done, sad, but not a hint of "poor old me".
Not only are you a talented writer Melinda but you are a reminder to count our blessings.Inspirational springs to mind....
