Until I Can't Love You MoreA Poem by Melinda McQueenFar and near You are here. In the heart of me Your memory keeps.
Like a rising tide Or a bird flying high, My love for you soars Until I can’t love you more.
To dream of you I pray At the end of every day. To fill my heart’s eye With your sweet face each night.
I close my eyes And you I see in this heart of mine. Memories of you I store Until I can’t love you more.
The passage of time Does nothing to divide The thoughts I have of you, Nor does it make my love less true.
With a grateful heart, I’m pleased to have this art To touch you somehow… someway… Until I can’t love you more today.© 2015 Melinda McQueenReviews
