The Sky is Still BlueA Poem by Melinda McQueenDays come and go, And the rivers still flow. The Daffodils still sway When a warm breeze blows their way.
The birds still sing And find the same breeze beneath their wings. The grass still grows And new flowers are sown.
The earth still spins And another day begins. The sky is still blue And I still miss you.
The rain still pours And the eagle still soars. Tears still fall When your memory I recall.
The sky is still blue And so am I… without you. © 2015 Melinda McQueenReviews
