I'll Miss YouA Poem by Melinda McQueenI’ll Miss You
Though I didn’t want you to, You had to go To God so true.
We had much in common, you and I, A treasure we found in one another. For we both “rolled” our way through life In all its wonder.
Sharing our hopes and dreams, We envisioned so much Even though we knew they would never come to be.
You are now free… Free to soar high. Your memory I’ll keep In my heart’s eye.
May you be at peace In all of God’s truth. Know that I love you greatly And I’ll miss you.
