The PriceA Poem by Melinda McQueenFulfilling a promise Made long ago, He came from the most cherished-- The most exalted Throne.
Though it pained Him, He was obedient to a worn cross. Though they beat and betrayed Him, He considered the price… the cost.
Building His Kingdom in making it whole, His life was God’s glory revealed. A promise seen to fruition, a promise to hold-- God’s ultimate will.
What price Jesus paid. What glory shone. When upon Him did lay The sins of the world alone.
We will never fully comprehend…
The price of grace without end. The price of redemption in its entirety. The price of faithfulness that was sent. The price of love which sets us free. © 2015 Melinda McQueenReviews
